Molecular RTD (0.02nm radius, 5nm long)
We
have been exploring the use of Resonant Tunneling Diodes (RTD) for the
implementation of more compact and faster Cellular Neural Networks. In particular we
focused on the possible implementations the Simplicial CNN cell.
