I am currently a professor in the Microelectronics Area of the Departamento de Ingeniería Eléctrica y Computadoras of the Universidad Nacional del Sur, Bahía Blanca, Argentina and researcher of the Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONICET) of Argentina. I was a visiting scholar in Johns Hopkins University and the University of California at Berkeley.

My research interests include systems and circuit theory and design. In particular, I am interested in practical and theoretical aspects of VLSI computation structures, particularly in Low Power techniques for autonomous sensor systems.

I am coordinating the Latin American Consortium for Integrated Systems (LACIS)  in an effort to gain access to Microelectronic Fabrication services in Latin America.

True Science teaches, above all, to doubt, and to be ignorant.
